All orders will be shipped from Dallas Texas via USPS 2-3 day priority mail, unless otherwise specified. Please note that shipping costs may change over time as market rates do. Additional fees apply to international orders; shipping costs will be detailed before payment is taken. Please let us know if your order is a gift so that we may send the packing slip to your billing address.

We at be jeweled designs want you to love what you've ordered! The majority of our items are custom made to order, please note that customized items are purchased with a "no return policy" and will not be accepted back.

Yet if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material to send the item back. Please contact us immediately, and we'll send you a replacement right away.

sales tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.

Tutus: Spot clean all tulle tutus with warm soapy water. Never apply detergents/soaps to satin tutus. Lightly press with warm water until spot is dissolved. Allying large amounts of water will result in water staining.

Accessories: Almost all of our belts and hair accessories may be spot cleaned with warm soapy water and rinsed clean. Never launder.

Apparel: Wash all apparel on the gentle cycle and line dry. Tumble dry low only as necessary. Apply a low iron to press, avoid prolonged direct heat to all crystal embellishments.
